The availability of the SEN at 07:00 hours is 2,424 MW and the demand is 2,400 MW. During the daytime, it is estimated that the service will be affected due to a deficit in generation capacity in the order of 150 MW.
Unit 5 of the CTE Mariel, unit 5 of the CTE Rente, unit 2 of the CTE Felton and unit 4 of the CTE Céspedes are out of service due to a breakdown. Unit 5 of Nuevitas and unit 6 of CTE Renté are under maintenance.
Limitations on thermal generation (378 MW) are maintained.
In distributed generation, 914 MW are unavailable due to failure and 176 MW are under maintenance.
For the peak, there is the entry of 2 engines from the Melones Floating Power Plant with 36 MW and the entry of 160 MW in diesel engines.
With this forecast, an availability of 2,720 MW and a maximum demand of 3,050 MW are estimated for the peak hour, for a deficit of 330 MW, therefore an impact on the service of 400 MW is estimated at this time.
Yesterday, the service was affected due to a generation capacity deficit from 2:00 p.m. to 11:57 p.m. (09:57 p.m.). The maximum impact of the day was 528 MW, at 7:10 p.m.
