The enrollment process for the 2023 academic year at the Máximo Gómez Báez University in Ciego de Ávila begins on January 23 and will last until February 3.

In the informative note sent by the Ph.D. in Sciences, General Secretary of the house of higher studies in the province, Tamara Madrazo Suárez,  she informed that for registration, the identity card and a two-sided photocopy of the same must be presented, the original title Higher Secondary Level graduate and a photocopy, in addition to 3 passport-type photos.

In the case of men, they must present discharge from Active Military Service, or the document that supports the Socially Useful Task accomplished.

In the Ciego de Avila academic institution, new specialties will be taught, including the Veterinary Medicine career for the Course by Meeting and it is expected to open it for the Daytime course in the year 2024.

Raidy Teidy Rojas Ángel Bello, UNICA's teaching vice-rector, assured that the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences will assume teaching and research in the area of ​​the new career, a group that boasts a great academic and scientific curriculum, as well as excellent cooperative relations with different productive institutions of the territory.
