Giving continuity to the previous editions, the event has as general theme the teaching and learning process of exact, natural and technical sciences in all learning environments and levels of education, with special emphasis on advances and good practices in this field.

The programmed activities will be carried out in plenary sessions and in symposia. Among the symposia already planned are the following:

Synthesis that describes the most relevant aspects of the work.
Papers: They will have a maximum length of 25 pages and a minimum of 10. The presentation format includes the summary sheet, title, introduction, development, conclusions and bibliography. The tables, graphs, drawings and annexes must be included within the limit of pages.
A printed copy of the work and the summary, as well as the digital version, will be delivered in Word 97 or higher format (Windows 95 or higher). The letter Arial 12 will be used, with single line spacing and 3 cm margins will be placed.

1- The version of the works to be presented on posters may cover a total area of 0.82 m wide and up to 1.20 m high. The posters will be placed as part of the permanent exhibition associated with the congress. The first presentation of the congress will be reserved for the presentation of the posters by the authors.
2- The speakers will have 10 min. for the presentation of the works.
3- The exposition of the works in workshops (presentations) or posters will be subject to the selection made by the Scientific Committee of the Congress.

Language
The official language is Spanish but, Portuguese and English are accepted. For presentations in these languages, if necessary, translation may be available. (In the international event)

With a view to guarantee the participation of educators from Ciego de Ávila, the basic events must be developed in all the educational institutions of the province where a selection of the best works will be carried out, which will be presented to the municipal event, those selected in this event will be delivered in the DPE between October 10 and 30, 2019, (printed and digital)
Note: The works for the provincial event will be delivered to Dr.C Mario Borroto Pérez in the DPE.
