- Increase the actions for the sports training of athletes-patriots, increasing the massive practice of sport, guaranteeing systematic and quality of these services.
Raise the quality of training and improvement of teachers of sport and physical activity with the application of Science and Technology.
Increase the rigor and demand with professionalism and systematic control actions as an efficient enforcement mechanism in the permanent battle against illegalities, crime, corruption and behaviors far from the legislation and indications of the agency.
Ensure with quality and rationality the processes of management and control of financial, human and material economic resources that guarantee compliance with the general and special guidelines in the Economy Plan.
Efficiently strengthen the process of Planning and Organization of activities, raising the preparation of the Tables and Officials of the Sports System, which allow them to defend the principles of the Cuban Socialist Sport, together with the fulfillment of the Economic and Social Guidelines, as well as a good promotion of sports values and the quality of services provided to the population. - All decrees and resolutions that have to do with INDER.
